The shipping cost is SEK 0 within Sweden to the nearest delivery point (Small packages are sent as letters to your home address). If you want home delivery of packages, it costs SEK 69 within Sweden. NOTE: We do not deliver Postal parcels/Corporate parcels/Couriers to box addresses. If you still choose for us to deliver to a box address, a fee of SEK 50-75 will be added.
If you want to have the product delivered outside Sweden's borders, a shipping cost of SEK 200-600 will be added. To see the cost to your chosen country, you can select the current country at checkout and under shipping the shipping cost there will be shown.
Deliveries within Sweden
Delivery times are one to five working days, depending on stock status.
Longer delivery times than stated can occur during periods when we have a high load due to high order intake, out of stock, delays from the manufacturer, etc.
Mode of delivery
Your order is sent as A-letter, Postal package, DPD Company package 16.00 or with DHL/Schenker or another forwarder depending on weight and size. If the goods are sent as a package or registered letter, the shipment receives a package number that is used to show where the package is in the mail handling. You can then track packages on Posten's website. An ordinary letter unfortunately does not receive a parcel number and cannot be tracked.
NOTE: We do not deliver Postal parcels/Corporate parcels/Couriers to box addresses.
The delivery time for ordered goods is one to five working days from the time the order has been confirmed within Sweden.
To certain parts of Norrland and to Gotland, Posten delivers with a one-day delay, this is not included in the estimated delivery time we state on the website.

Delivery time outside Sweden is different, if you want to know the exact delivery time to your particular country and address, you can call us or email email@example.com and we will check this. But usually the package arrives within 3-14 days.
As a private consumer, you have the right to cancel your order before we have sent the order to you.
FEE FOR UNRELEASED PACKAGES
For unredeemed packages, we charge a fee of SEK 395 (incl. VAT) to cover the fees that arise in connection with the package being returned to us.
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSPORT
If an item is damaged during transport, the damage must be reported immediately to the forwarder (Posten, UPS, DHL or similar).
You can also contact us for complaints as we are responsible for ensuring that the deliveries reach you in good condition.
To claim an incorrect or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will send you a new item at no extra shipping cost, provided the item is available. If we cannot replace you with a new item, we will make a refund to you when we have received the defective item in return. For the return of defective goods, we send a delivery note with postage paid.
The goods that are reduced in price due to reduced quality cannot be complained about if the reason for the complaint is the printed reason for the price reduction.
In the event of a complaint, the customer must contact the company and, to simplify the handling of the complaint, state the order number and the reason for the complaint.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Private consumers have, according to the Distance Contracts Act, the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days. The right of withdrawal applies when the product and packaging are returned in unchanged condition. The product must not be used, but tried on, and the packaging must have been carefully opened. Refunds are made as soon as we have received the item back and the return is approved (refunds are made within 30 days).
Don't forget to fill in the return form and attach it to the package with the item(s).

We have free shipping and free exchanges within Sweden. If you want to return the item, you are responsible for the return shipping. If you choose to use the return shipping slip that comes with the package, it costs SEK 79.
If you want to return, or change the size of the item and the delivery country is outside Sweden, you pay and create the necessary shipping notes yourself to send the package back to us.
