GENERAL TERMS FOR PRIVATE CONSUMERS

For private consumers, the Consumer Purchase Act and the Distance Contracts Act apply. You can read more about your rights as a consumer at the Swedish Consumer Agency.

The company delivers to private individuals on the Swedish market. To see availability in the rest of the world; see the list of countries in the checkout.

Age limit for orders
Customers under the age of 18 must have a guardian's permission to place orders with us.

 

PRICES

The prices of our goods are stated in Swedish kronor. Prices include VAT, current VAT rate is 25%.
Shipping costs are added to all orders outside Sweden's borders. The shipping cost is then added to the total cost before you confirm your order (the cost is SEK 0 including VAT within Sweden for standard delivery, and SEK 69 for home delivery and SEK 200-600 outside Sweden's borders). When you select a country at checkout, the prices are adjusted if it is an export outside the EU. When exporting outside the EU, the Swedish VAT disappears from the order total. You pay it in your country according to their regulations. Within the EU, prices are recalculated to the delivery country's VAT rate.

NO MINIMUM ORDER VALUE

We do not apply a minimum order value. You can order for a value from SEK 1.

Payment takes place via Shopify payments.

PAYMENT OUTSIDE SWEDEN

Payment takes place via Shopify payments.

Available payment options there are:

Ready for the countries Austria, Finland, Germany, Netherlands, Great Britain, Denmark, Norway. The payment options via Klarna's services Klarna pay later, Klarna pay now and Klarna slice it vary depending on which of the above countries you are in. You will see the options available to you when you have selected the delivery country at checkout.

We accept VISA, Mastercard American express, Maestro, UnionPay. The controller is Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., organized under the laws of Ireland, which is a technical service provider and can offer the services as an actor for one or more financial institutions in Sweden

All transactions are secure and encrypted.

 

- What is security code (CVV2/CVC2/CSC)?

To increase security, you as a customer are sometimes asked to enter the last three (American Express 4 digits) numbers printed in the signature field on the back of the card. CVV2 is VISA's designation and CVC2 is MasterCard's designation. The American Express counterpart is called CSC. Other designations in the market that are used are security code, CVV code, CVx or security number. This code is sent to the card issuer for control and verification.

- Where can I find the code on the card?

On Visa, MasterCard and Eurocard, you will find the code, which is the last three digits in the signature field on the back of the card. If you use American Express, the code is four digits and can be found on the front of the card.

- Why must a security code be entered?

This is to increase security. These numbers are randomly generated by the card issuer and may only be used as verification for Distance Shopping purchases.

- Verified By Visa

Verified by Visa is Visa's name for the 3D Secure standard for secure identification of card customers during Internet purchases.
Card issuers that have offered their card customers this service will be able to identify and verify the card customer's identity in a secure manner. The card customer is linked to their card issuer and can enter a username and password.

- MasterCard SecureCode

Mastercard SecureCode is Mastercard's name for the 3D Secure standard for secure identification of card customers during Internet purchases. Card issuers that have offered their card customers this service will be able to identify and verify the card customer's identity in a secure manner. The card customer is linked to their card issuer and can enter a username and password.

 

CUSTOMER/PERSONAL DATA

To shop with us, you must enter information in all fields that are mandatory during customer registration. If we do not have your email address, we cannot send you an order confirmation and we cannot notify you of known delivery delays or if any part of your order cannot be delivered.

The personal data you provide to us is used for order processing, invoicing, information, marketing and other purposes aimed at making our service work as well as possible.

 

DELIVERY

Mode of delivery

Your order is sent as A-letter, Postal parcel, or with DHL/UPS or another forwarder depending on weight and size. If the goods are sent as a package or registered letter, the shipment receives a package number that is used to show where the package is in the mail handling. You can then track packages on Posten's website. A common letters unfortunately do not receive a parcel number and cannot be tracked.
NOTE: We do not deliver Postal parcels/Corporate parcels/Couriers to box addresses.

Delivery time

The delivery time for ordered goods is one to five working days from the time the order has been confirmed within Sweden.

To certain parts of Norrland and to Gotland, Posten delivers with a one-day delay, this is not included in the estimated delivery time we state on the website.
Longer delivery times than stated may occur during periods when we have a high load due to high order intake.

Delivery time outside Sweden is different, if you want to know the exact delivery time to your particular country and address, you can call us or email info@olarsulla.se and we will check this. But usually the package arrives within 3-14 days.

Cancellation

As a private consumer, you have the right to cancel your order before we have sent the order to you.

 

RESERVATION OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

All goods you ordered are the property of the company until full payment has been received by us.

 

OTHER

The company reserves the right to change all information without prior notice. In the event of a final sale or if a sale item has expired, the company has the right to cancel the purchase and refund any amounts paid in advance.

 

COOKIES

According to the Electronic Communications Act, which entered into force on July 25, 2003, everyone who visits a website with cookies must be informed about it.
The company uses cookies.
A so-called session cookie is saved on your computer to ensure that goods you want to buy end up in your own shopping cart, as well as to ensure that you can log in to the correct account. The cookie does not contain any personal information and it is not possible to use the information in any way. The cookie's only function is to technically ensure that you are correctly logged in to your own account. In order for it to be possible to log in and shop at the company, it is therefore required that you have cookies activated in your browser.
